I miss my grandmother's! I never got the recipe and can't get it to set up like she did. But... I don't have much luck with pecan pie either, so.... LOL

Alas, none that I have found. My mom and her sisters are really close. My aunt gave me her chicken salad recipe, but she thinks my g'ma just "winged" the pie since she baked all the time.

Questionable Recipe
^ Yeah, I DID get a bunch of recipes on hand written cards from my grandmother. But, she always did other magical things that she didn't write down. So, nothing ever tasted as good as when she made it. Eventually I quit trying.

New Recipe
For me, it was my grandmother's Christmas cake recipe with hard sauce. The recipe died with her. I did; however, do a google search for a recipe with hard sauce and found a similar recipe. At least I have something. Good luck with winging it.
