Well, you can fix all that, but you choose not to. You're choosing the opposite way out instead of actually dealing with and healing from it. Mainly half of us have dealt with all of those or a couple of them. But, we can choose to change the behaviors, you just have to want it bad enough. You have to learn to get out of that victim mindset and become a survivor.Basically just life's circumstances sent me in this direction, addictions , depression, Relationship breakdowns, i could go on

Aussie forests aren’t quite like the northern hemisphere counterparts and also, you can’t cut down trees in national parks here.Depends what kind of climate you're going into so assuming a wooded environment you will need:
- a clean water source near your campsite
- pots to cook and sanitize the water
- rudimentary tools such as axes saws shovels
- multi tool
- more food than you could carry in one trip
- maps of the area and GPS
- deluxe first aid kit
- the right know-how to turn trees into a decent shelter
- fishing and hunting items
If you're in Australia take the above advice and pitch a tent. That will give you shelter until some venomous creature kills you.Aussie forests aren’t quite like the northern hemisphere counterparts and also, you can’t cut down trees in national parks here.

What does your plan look like so far?
You have to help yourself in order for others to help you, but you don't want it. Good luck. This is a forum for people with issues. seeing a post like that. isnt very positive.
