Oh, men. I suspect it would be hopeless to point out the many ridiculous things you fellas do to be more attractive (or manly? who knows these days). To each their own strangeness, I suppose.

The only manly thing I do is pee standing up.

Here's one: every time I go to the gym, I see guys doing half-assed versions of real exercises because they're using weights that are too big for them. And the ones that actually do it right just can't stop themselves from piling on the muscle and gulping down the supplements until they look like (wholly unattractive) human balloons.

But maybe I'm just jealous because they're beefy and I'm not. =(

I don't trust those muscle-powder supplements. They look like liverdeath in a bottle.

But a worse liverdeath than beer.

could you tell me what makeup you wear on a daily basis? what brand you prefer, the form of the makeup you deem to be best and why (power, liquid...)

Soph, I don't wear much makeup even when I do put some on. On a daily basis I might remember to line my eyes with a very light, thin line of black eyeliner - I wear glasses most days and my eyelashes are pathetically sparse and fair, so I feel as though I need a little something to make them "pop." Then some lip balm and I am good to go.

That is usually it. If I am feeling fancy, I might use some mineral foundation (a light powder form applied with a good quality kabuki brush), some lipstick and a wee bit of eyeshadow.

I never use blush or bronzer, and rarely use mascara. I sometimes get tempted to find a color-correcting foundation primer, but really I hate the feel of layers of caked-on **** on my skin. I can't help that I flush easily and get freckles. Covering it all up just makes me look kind of fake and painted-on, IMO. When I go out for the day, I don't expect a photo shoot or paparazzi. I prefer to look like myself... more or less.
