"Microsoft to stop producing Windows version"

Microsoft says there will be no Windows 11. Instead of releasing a new operating system every few years, it will move to a rolling-release model, upgrading Windows 10 incrementally much more often. Here's the story:

There's no 9 either. Perhaps someone at Microsoft said, "Okay, Vista failed. 7 was good. 8 was ******. 8.1 fixed that. Let's skip 9 just in case and go right to 10. And they'll be no 11 either because we're counting on 10 to be alright."

They're actually moving to a rolling release model. Google it because it's all the rage in IT nowadays.

I don't care to Google anything on Microsoft. 360 is put away. I don't have an Xbone. I never want 8 or 8.1, don't want any of their phones or touch screen laptops. I didn't mind Vista, but that's because it's never caused me an issue, and I may be one of two or three people that were okay with Vista, but I liked it. I'll stick with 7 and that's as far as I'll go. I don't care to follow any particular tech trend. So, while it may be interesting just to see where it can go, I'll stick with what I have.
