In regards to understanding low-self..how it develops...how it maifests it's self ...thinking patterns and though process of a low-self esteem sufferer and negative affects on ones life...

The most helpful I book I have read was "Breaking the Chains of Low Self-Esteem" by Dr. Sorensen

For those of you who don't know of her..shes a clinical pyscologist and former low self-esteem sufferer

Her book really helped me understand why I feel the way I feel and also understand why society and mental health community don't take low self-esteem seriously.

Best book ever..before I read this book I was so confused and hopeless

I'm glad to hear things are getting better for you! :)

I'll be sure to check out that book as well, cause I suffer from low self esteem.

That's great that it helped you so much, Francisco! Thanks for recommending it.
