Hi,

I've always been a lonely person throughout most of my life.
I have never had many friends in my life ( even when I did have some ).
But for about the past 5 or 6 years I have no friends whatsoever.
I am 35 years old and pretty much the only person that I have in my Life is my Mother.
I also have suffered from various Mental Illnesses from my early 20's including: paranoid schizophrenia, anxiety and depression.

It's hard to make new friends once you leave school/ college etc.

What have you tried in order to have social contact/make friends? Do you know anyone now whose friendship you'd like? Just a couple of springboard topics if you feel like discussing.
