Not really,unless books count,I do love a good book.

No real obsessions. I just get into frequent habbits until something changes and then I shift to other frequent habbits.

Mesopotamia, probably. Which is really what got me into anthropology.
The civilization was actually much more advanced than people usually realize.
They had a trade system already, knowledge of the Sun and the Moon for purposes of farming and irrigation.
Social hierarchy was established as well as governance along with it, and the Code of Ur-Nammu predated the Code of Hammurabi.
Along with the development of writing also came some of the first archeological recordings of the chattering of human conspiracy.
The whole shebang is just really interesting to me in the amount of detail that's there.
