^ Exactly, it's just for fun. The truth is that if you actually used most of those words in conversation, you would have trouble communicating with people.
The only reason I knew so many of the words was because language is one of my pastimes. My thesaurus is my best friend, lol. I read a lot and write a lot, I frequently study onomatology, etymology, and other areas of language, and I have long lists saved of uncommon words that I've come across over the years. I was told that people with Asperger's usually have a passion bordering on obsession, often in a rather obscure subject, and words are one of mine.

Wow I suck even more than I would've guessed. I mean, I always thought I was an idiot but I assumed I would at least have a somewhat decent vocabulary. Though there were a bunch of words I didn't check even though I thought I knew them because I wasn't 100% sure exactly what they meant.
