That reminded me of a guy I saw yesterday on his scooter. He was leaving the beer store...and he obviously didn't make sure he charged his scooter first because he had to push it across the road at the cross walk. LOL People should really have to be licensed to drive those things around.

I think you can drive one (up to a 125) with a provisional license over here, or something.

Not around here sadly. I know a guy who couldn't pass his test so he got a scooter and most of the people you see around here that use them are ones that had their license suspended for drunk driving. Yet for some reason battery operated scooters are considered "safe" for them drive on the streets. Most only go up to 40 kmph here and the speed limit in most areas is 50. Really annoying when you get stuck behind one of them.
