I was directed by the powers that be to introduce myself post haste, so here I am.

I eat, breathe and sleep music. It is what keeps me alive.

I am very shy and socially awkward, so I pretty much live online. I am a cross between George, Kramer & Sheldon.

I collect cars and enjoy driving....alone.

I am a pet lover and have a Goldendoodle name Dawson.

I like plain oatmeal.

That's pretty much me in less than 300 words. :)

Welcome! What kind of music are we talking here? Also I demand pictures of Dawson and will repay you with a look at the small furry ghoul that begs for table scraps in my house.
Mine is eclectic & very diverse and I usually get annoyed when people tell me their music collection is "diverse" and find out the spectrum only swings from Madonna to Lady Gaga pop. That's not diverse...that's "I like a few singers" :)

My tastes, in all seriousness, runs from 1920's jazz, 1930's big band, early country, bluegrass, rockabilly, soul, folk, klezmer, zydeco, rock, metal, post-rock, classical, pop, chill, world, indie folk, etc, and I listen to all of them equally.

Give me Fishbone, Faith No More, Otis Redding, Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, King Crimson, Peter Gabriel, Glenn Miller, Hendrix, The Who, Black Sabbath, Flatt & Scruggs, Billy Strings, Samm Henshaw, Richard Thompson, Eartha Kitt, ....well, you get it...lol

Here is my current favourite song AND video, as I think it's really fun :)

I don't know how to describe it better but that's the kind of music you want while driving across country when you have ADHD. Does that make sense? It sort of blends in with the absolute chaos of noise already in my head and kind of soothes the crazed chimpanzee that is my subconscious.

You should hear my mixtape when I go on a road trip! Hank Williams, Marvin Gaye, Destiny's Child, Springsteen, Howlin Wolf, Buckwheat Zydeco....

Sorry, I missed your request for a Dawson pic. Is there a pet thread on this forum or should I just post it here?
