Music doesn’t help me when I’m depressed. In fact it usually makes things worse:
****s man, if I'm depressed show me the ****s, if I'm angry show me the ****s, if I'm happy show me the ****s. ****s are bloody fantastic for any state of mind .... why isn't there a ****s emoji? can we fix that?I feel similarly.

In all honesty for me its music, not listening to it, getting out my old man's beat up Aria acoustic and strumming the blues.
