When you're stressed out, or at the end of long, stressful day, what do you do to get some relief from it?

I watch cartoons and revert back to childhood for a little bit and I just forget bout stuff until the emotions go away and then I can be logical to fix my problems.

It depends on the kind of day I've had.

I might sit in the garden with a cup of tea.
I might play some video games.
I might lift some weights.
I might rip a door off it's hinges ;)

Sleeping
Chill out music
Chamomile tea
Lots of exercises
Walk in the nature

I have this

and I go all like this but also with kicks and no flashbacks :p

Thanks... Any of those you do yourself when you're stressed out?

I do the majority of them. However, with the state my life is in, I'm more often than not stressed about something. Sometimes, it's unavoidable. However, having said that, I have accepted the situation I'm in, so the stress I have is not as huge as it once was.

Exercise helps me tremendously, as does living one day at a time. Focusing on the future will never help you. Whatever happens, will happen. Dreading it and worrying about it will only serve to deteriorate yourself more than you already are. You can't do anything about tomorrow until it gets here, but you can do something about today.

Masturbation, great stress reliever.

Ha ha ha. No, mostly video games...though sometimes they can add to the stress...draw, get creative, read.

Damn...!!! That's what I've been missing out all these time... I've always wondered what that nagging "backed up" feelings were coming from... I've always passed it off as being constipated... I see now it's entirely different problems all together...!!!
