Does anyone else find that certain times of the day or certain days feel the worst?

I would say for whatever reason I am probably at my all time worst in the morning when I get up. It is almost like that weird facing the day all out of sorts feeling. A close second would be when I am going to bed and the weekends...yuck.

I have to be hard on myself in the morning though otherwise I will lay around and mope.

Yeah, I would have to say in the afternoons its the most difficult for me. I am pretty much ok when I keep myself busy with anything. By the time I have nothing to do. Thats when the loneliness and depression is felt most.

I am sorry to hear that; are you done with a job or school by the afternoon? I haven't entirely identified yet while the morning is the worst right when I get up but it seems to be this overwhelming feeling of having to face the day and working on being content alone.

I know that the loneliest time of the day would have to be in the mornings for me. Not because I've just woken up, but I've just gotten home, and no one is there except for my roommates.

I think when I'm driving home from work in the evenings is the worst time for me. Knowing I'm driving home to no one. Sometimes I don't even feel like going home, but I have nowhere else to go.

Now THAT is a feeling I know well too. Ironically, if I am having a bad day and I try and leave the house I find myself too weepy so I go back home but then I feel sad because it is lonely. Usually that is my time to kick myself out for a hike.
