Personally, I love Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. Use it on anything I want a salty flavor with a little kick. Use their injectables to fry my turkey's, etc. and when I boil potatoes or seafood, they don't just taste like water... but, damned if it doesn't make me sneeze while boiling.
Now, some Mexican friends of mine just turned me onto Tajin over fruit with a splash of lime. I don't like it on every fruit, but it is pretty delish! Especially if you like that sweet and salty kick! But, don't forget the splash of lime!
