A very long time ago, I found something really interesting on wikihow:
http://www.wikihow.com/Category:Bath-Recipes

with some really nice ideas, like
http://www.wikihow.com/Use-Honey-in-the-Bath
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Chocolate-Bubble-Bath
http://www.wikihow.com/Bathe-Like-Cleopatra

I guess the honey+milk bath ideas are more for the women, but this is just supposed to be the start of the threat. If you want to share useful wellness links or anything that is relating to "relaxing" and "feeling nice", than you may post it here. Maybe we get a collection, that will be used by one user or another to have a nice time once in a while. ;)

Nice, I like giving myself spa-treatments too. A really good one that I do is; take a small cup of honey and add either brown sugar, or regular sugar, then after you shower, and your skin is still wet, you smear it all over your skin and gently scrub in circular motion. Then rinse it off.

Ahh you know I'm a sucker for a herbal bath plus exfoliating and moisturising I love all that...and face mask ha! :p

A few years ago, I went to a massage training class, since it was something like a free introduction. Really nice too, I asked the turor afterwards and she actually showed me how to clear knots in the shoulders by myself. Pretty handy, but kinda hard to explain without showing. Would need to make a video. :p

However, I wouldn't recommend massage classes after all. Most they show is something you can do to others, so not really handy as a lonely person. I never got a person to practice it after all and forgot most of it.

That seriously sounds perfect.
And reminds me of a scene from The Big Bang Theory :p

This head massager is really relaxing (once you get past the "omg this so weird" stage).
