Hi everybody!

Long time lurker, this place always makes me feel less lonely, thank you all for this!

On to my question, I've had a friend for about seven years. We've only seen each other in football, the one thing we share. We enjoy the sport, we enjoy drinking together and generally love (in a bromance sort of way:D) each other. Soon he'll be leaving for two years, ending our relation, so to say. We want to do something together for one last time, but we kind of discovered that we don't have anything in common besides drinking and sports. We want to do something that doesn't involve either of those two but just allows us to have a good time for one last moment. I was wondering if anyone here had a clue of something we could do.

Thanks for your replies in advance :)

Do either of you enjoy camping? A good trip would give you two day activities, exercise, and lots of time to talk around a fire before you part ways.

Thanks for the replies guys! I was thinking about making it a one day thing though, but maybe a day of hiking would be fun. Any other things anyone enjoys? :3

Maybe a day trip to a state, area that neither of you have ever been. Eat at a local grease pit or diner, visit some 'manly man' stores/shops, have little inside jokes about the things you see or experiences you have there.

Somewhere that, in the future, whenever either of you think of that place, it will always trigger good memories for both of you and keep the bro bond intact forever. :)

Hehe thanks, we might go to another country, I didn't mention we live in the Netherlands. But yea we could do a daytrip to germany, that sounds pretty fun actually :)
