Yeah I may have to settle for a youtube quality one. There seems to be a few version there.

Yes, it's insanely difficult to find online (for free). Usually gets taken down off YouTube really quickly, if someone bothers to upload it. There used to be a copy on Ok.ru but I'm not sure it's there anymore
I definitely need to get me a dvd at some point, it's one of my favourites
