That video is amazing (she is sending a great message that we should love ourselves no matter what. I hope that more people stand up and take notice). I wish that more people especially women were able to feel that way about themselves. I'm self conscious about the way that I look and I am a man which is mostly down to the fact that I was/am bullied. I tend not to listen to others these days when they try to put me down, but sometimes it is so hard to not let it effect you. I approve of the video 100%
