You're Invited to My Potluck!

In a very private backyard, in the country known as Canada, there is a lady throwing a potluck BBQ. You have been given an invite, with the only request being that you bring something edible. Food, drink, actual edibles (wink); bring something that you believe is worth sharing. Share a picture, video or even a recipe of the "yum" you have to offer.

As the host, I will naturally be providing beef burgers, buns and iced tea! Oh, and a lot of BBQ sauce

I will bring a cucumber salad (made from my garden) and a Mediterranean quinoa salad. To warn you, they will both be vegan.

Perhaps I'll make my s'mores cake too. I'd post a pic, but I can't find one similar to mine online and I'm not posting the one I actually made. But it's 4 layers. 2 layers of chocolate cake and 2 layers of graham cracker cake with a marshmallow fluff frosting and chocolate ganache, sprinkled with crushed graham crackers.

It's also vegan....my kid calls it diabetes cake, but it's oh so good. lol
