Hey there, welcome to the forum, it's nice to have you.

That's the million dollar question isn't it? I guess you'll find that people deal with loneliness differently that one another.

For me, its just taking it one day at a time and not focusing on the negative.

Welcome to the forum. I don't know who else is from India here to really understand your situation there, and I've never been there, but I have seen many video about India and people travelling there. The way I deal with my loneliness is to keep my mind distracted with many little things; exercising, reading, making videos, photography, camping, watching movies, gardening. But I am regularly suffering from loneliness, and I'm living in a house with a wife and two female adult children. I only have one close friend I can sometimes do things with, but I have a few online friends, even though the interact rather infrequently. You could try joining some interest groups maybe?

Hello shubholda!

I don't fight it, I do my best to adapt. I still miss my friends but it gets easier with time to accept how things are now.
