Hey there, welcome to the forum, it's nice to have you.

That's the million dollar question isn't it? I guess you'll find that people deal with loneliness differently that one another.

For me, its just taking it one day at a time and not focusing on the negative.

I hope here I get the companion of some like minded people who learned to deal with their loneliness in my country people who lives alone are considered as weirdo powerless person mostly he is not welcomed in any party and he doesn't get flats for rent so I am hopeful to talk with some great people of this forum

Welcome to the forum. I don't know who else is from India here to really understand your situation there, and I've never been there, but I have seen many videos about India and people travelling there. The way I deal with my loneliness is to keep my mind distracted with many little things; exercising, reading, making videos, photography, camping, watching movies, gardening. But I am regularly suffering from loneliness, and I'm living in a house with a wife and two female adult children. I only have one close friend I can sometimes do things with, but I have a few online friends, even though they interact rather infrequently. You could try joining some interest groups maybe?

Welcome to the forum. :)

Dealing with loneliness....well, we all came here and that's a start.
Aside from that, I went out, I talked to people, I joined groups (both online and off) and volunteered. Anything to get me around people.

Hello shubholda!

I don't fight it, I do my best to adapt. I still miss my friends but it gets easier with time to accept how things are now.

Of course you are right it gets easier with time but there is constant emptiness in your life(me too) that can't be fulfilled actually the problem that I felt living alone is see society always gives you the reason to live life e.g you compete with people people compete with you if you are good you feel above than them if you aren't you want to be better than them but when you live alone you are your competitor you don't feel that superiority when you win some thing that's why Instead of living alone live for those who are physically mentally disabled spend your energy and money for them by doing this I can't tell tht your loneliness totally vanish but it will definitely reduced sorry for my poor English

You need to occupy yourself. Feeling lonely is primarily the result of having too much time left to think about yourself. But if you have to deal with problems constantly you don't have much time left to think about your loneliness because you need to focus on your current task. The competition doesn't end there, it actually starts.

Another way of dealing with loneliness is to go out more and meet people. The more people you meet, the more you wish to be alone again because most people are awful.

I would also suggest to tackle your basic problems like being unemployed. Put all your energy into work, all the sadness and anger and envy caused by your loneliness. A physical job is good for doing that, it won't let you think about your loneliness and status because the pain in your muscles and ancles will distract you. Save enough money until you're able to go to a different place where you can rent an apartment despite being single (Propably a bigger city), then continue working. Work like a madman.

That's a good advice that I ever heard but in a country like Indian students generally go for government exams which gives handsome salary I am preparing for those government exams I almost study everyday but actually I forget what I studied this made me think that I should stop studying and search for work but no Matter what I will study another one and half years after that I will search for job

You are absolutely right Actually when I was in college i tried to be with people but what I found is they are narcissistic people there is one guy in our class who belongs to LGBTQ community my batchmates behaved unkindly and inhumane with him so i decided to stay away from them what I found in people people always hear what they want to hear and do the things that boost their ego I hate such a narcissistic people who exploit others that's why I am afraid I actually analyse like hell someone's personality before becoming friend to a person being a lifelong psychology learner I enjoy studying human behaviour (I am not telling that everyone is narcissistic person but majority of the people are narcissistic traits )

People do get more narcissistic. It's hard to live among them if you're different, you need to construct a persona to hide behind to protect yourself. I use such a persona as well.
