Thank you for posting this! It's inspiring!
And I think everyone has insecurities. However, we must learn to overcome them and see ourselves as we really are, beautiful human beings doing their best to make the world a better place. Negative thoughts are haunting and it's difficult to get rid of them. But maybe we don't even have to shut them off. Maybe we should let them flow through our minds, like a river, ignoring them and focusing on the positive aspects of our lives. What matters is what we choose to focus on.
I remember Dolores, from Westworld, saying "I choose to see the beauty". At the beginning, she was programmed to feel that way... But then she understood the meaning of what she was saying and it became belief to her.
You are wonderful, you are beautiful. And I understand there are days when you focus on the dark things. You see yourself in a dark light, but that's only because there's so much ugliness in the world, and by ugliness I mean evil things. And those affect you, they make you doubt yourself, they make you scared and they force you to see yourself the way they want.
But you should see yourself as you really are: beautiful.
The beauty in your heart is being reflected on the outside too, you know? Whether you like it or not, it shows.
You will always look like your heart. We always identify ourselves with our inner personality.
There's no such thing as ugly people with beautiful personality or beautiful people with ugly personality.
They say home is where the heart is. I say not only that but also beauty is where the heart is.
