I have no problem being called cute. It depends on the tone though. Attractive, caring = good. Patronizing = ... oh you do not want to patronize me.

Ignore her. Act like she doesn't exist in the slightest. Walk by her without turning an eye towards her. People continue behaviour like that because it elicits a reaction from the target. Don't react and it won't be fun for her anymore.

I wouldn't ignore her. Just act normal around her for now. Ask her why she calls you cute. Ask her if she is making fun of you. Get to the bottom of it.
