I'm currently cutting down on my intake of alcohol (used to drink 3 times a week, then 2, then just every Saturday night) I'm looking to drink once every 3-4 weeks now (done so this past few weeks) and plan to have an alcohol free Christmas. At least until New Years Eve where I will have some of the 'real stuff'! ;)

Currently having a few alcohol free beers tonight and surprisingly they are quite good! with beck's blue being my fave! Its 0.5% alcohol by volume so that's very little if any! also there are 0.0% ones out there being cobra beer which is alright but not as nice as the becks!

If you're looking to cut down or enjoy a beer but without being intoxicated, who fancies joining me? :D

Ummm, I still won't join, but I applaud your effort!!
I've never drank alcohol in my life (32 years almost) and never did any kind of drugs, and I couldn't be happier about it :)
Personally I'd rather you forget that crazy New Year's Eve idea and go all clean, but alas... so long as I don't have to be around anyone who's drinking, I'm happy.

Thank you :) I applaud you for being totally alcohol free for your 32 years too! well done :)

New years eve? nah I wont be around anyone who's drinking thankfully :) Ill be at home. I'm doing the 'giving up thing' gradually so I can re-evaluate myself and how I feel about it when I do drink.

I may even decide to stay on the alcohol free stuff even then on new years eve but at the moment its 'baby steps' all the way for me :)

I'll be joining you in a few minutes, but only because I'm on a medicine right now that requires abstinence....
