Appalling Grocery Prices In My City

I made this thread because the grocery prices in my city are absolutely crazy. Below is a list of products and their regular prices. I'm curious to know how they compare with the prices where you live.

Pack of 4= $3.79

2L= $2.57

Pint= $6.99

Standard Large Bag= $4.19

1 Large Tin 930g= $17.99

1 Loaf= $2.98

4 Pack= $3.29

1 Tub= $3.99

1 Bag= $3.19

1 Standard Size Box= $7.69

OMG MUNCHOS!!! Haven't had those chips in a long time, they are so good.

But yeah my prices are pretty much the same around here. It's insane how much groceries cost and now they also make you pay for bags. WTF?

Depending on where you live, the prices will be higher or lower. It's cost of living. Simple fact. Things are cheaper where I live because I'm in the country and am not around well populated areas. Which also means people where I live get paid less per hour than people in a larger populated area would. Fact of life, you want the crap (and I do mean crap, because of what is in the products you chose to display, even the bread is crap, IMO) you posted, then you need to be willing to pay the price for it, if you want it, don't complain about it.

Personally, I pay more for what I buy because I buy organic/all natural ****. I know I will pay more for it because it is better quality, so I don't bitch about it.

Yeah. I bitch and moan about the crazy prices, then turn around and pay it. Why would they lower the price if idiots like me are willing to pay.

This question is a little off topic, but it has to do with video games. I just want to create a thread for this one question. Why is it that almost everywhere you go, new PS3 or 360 games are
$59.99 to $64.99 give or take? Is there some sort of price control which keeps the newest prices pretty much the same no matter where you live?
