They are young and in high demand. When they are old ladies, by whatever part of society they are in. They will be desperate cows seeking out anything claiming they do not care about anything like that.

What is the old saying, if you cannot beat them join them?

Good luck on that. I don't even know if the ladies here could explain how teenage girls think, lol, jk. Not all teenage girls are like that, but there's this whole popularity contest that goes on at that age.

I never understood that either. When I was in high school I had girls tell me that I was the kind of guy their parents wanted them to date, or the ones they should have dated instead of the idiots they ended up with. It goes the same way with teenage boys though, some just want to date the hottest girl in school. It's a status symbol that is so important in high school. Kind of crazy when you get older and think about it.

I agree with you, Sci. I honestly don't think we could either. I mean, I don't think I was a typical teen by any means. But, I look back now and I can say that I'm the same person. The only difference back then is that now I know what I need. Most teens have no clue what they really need in life. They only sniff after what they want.

Receptionist: I can't resist! You usually move through here so quickly and I just have so many questions I want to ask you. You have no idea what your work means to me.
Melvin Udall: What does it mean to you?
Receptionist: [stands up] When somebody out there knows what it's like...
[place one hand on her forehead and the other over her heart]
Receptionist: ... to be in here.
Melvin Udall: Oh God, this is like a nightmare.
[Turns around and presses the elevator button multiple times]
Receptionist: Oh come on! Just a couple of questions. How hard is that?
[Scampers up to Melvin]
Receptionist: How do you write women so well?
Melvin Udall: I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability.

Yes! I don't know why, but a lot of guys that I come across love girls who are inexperienced. Of course they don't go for jail bait. But they like em' young, not old. From my exp, as I'm sure I've said on here before a few times, a lot of young people (where I live at least) appear to spend most of their teenage life trying to build reputation. It's like they all want to stand out. As I'm sure we know, if you cause trouble, you stand out so being partnered with a trouble maker can bring your reputation up. Also a lot of people just see trouble as fun. Until it's not fun anymore.
