Dealing with the damn banks is a nightmare almost every time. All kinds of problems. Went through all the steps via online. Didn't work. It just say, ooops ran into a problem. Grrrrrrrr!!!!!! I finally get through to customer service and the sound keeps breaking up. So she transfers me all the way back to the beginning menu. Bitch! Then it automatically hangs up on me. Fing ********!!!!!!!!!!If banks were a person I would totally kick their ass several times a month! They've caused me soooo much frustration and problems other the years.
