Anyone watch this show? I saw it when I was little, now I'm rewatching it.
If you are familiar with the show, you might see qualities of Agarn, Ororke, Wild eagle, and even the captain rubbing off on me. lol

I really like chief wild eagle, (roaring chicken close second for having an ironic name) and the totally fake way the indians seem to struggle with speaking english, but there is something about that fake way that I really like. Remove useless word, get to point faster. In language of great spirit, no word wasted.

Wish I could trip all the time, give thanks to spirit of bird and tree. Live in small tribe. Take prearranged marriage, but ironically make it work better then normal relationship. Go hunting, go on vision quest, experience the power process that the Unabomber accusses modern society of depriving us of in his manifesto.

I have some Cherokee blood, but I doubt I'll ever get a chance to experience real native american life first hand. I wonder if it would be worth it to try and "go indian" so to speak, or if anyone would welcome me...

No, I don't really want to trip all the time, lol. My trips tend to be serious and for spiritual reasons. Although I do get some visuals, one should not expect to trip just for their sake. A "trip" is a deep and personal episode and for 99% of history, only used rarely and responsibly for spiritual pursuits.

In other words, I would like to cultivate my inner soldier by living as an indian. what irony.
