As a 28 year old with a swatch of grey hair right above his forehead, as well as a touch in his own beard, I know of which I speak.

It's Nothing that's unreversible by either shaving or dyeing.

It'll take you 10 minutes to make it go away. (shaving wize of course)

and if you go the dye route it may take half a day.

methinks that maybe you should see a Therapist because it seems like if little things are overwhelming you like this, that you mightve fallen into a major depressive episode.

SO think about getting a therapist. Depression does not last forever and once you get better you will regain your former self. In the meantime its important to not give up and put things in perspective.

It's around your chin right? It's pretty normal for that part of a beard to be a little gray or lighter than the rest of it. I don't know why that is, but it's nothing to fret about. Congrats on the beard man! I know the pressure is on dudes to shave it off but stand firm against the Norelco tyranny of shaving and we shall overcome, or die trying.
