I'm good at it, but others may disagree. It's better to have conflict resolution with a person who can see both sides and want to have an adult conversation rather than running away because he or she didn't like what was said.

I'm actually really good at it, despite what some people might think. Some people come to me first because they know I'm not going to overly lecture them or judge them. Others come to me last because I can be a bit of a hard ass. Lol And others simply use my name as a threat to get them to do what they should be doing.
