I think it's a great compliment! Not many people are interesting and certainly the best people are intriguing.

I think you feel like you have a higher "kill" rate because you have a higher post rate and therefore have a higher, yet even, proportion of dying threads. I feel like every other thread I post in is yours or LoneKiller's. You got me talking so you're doing something right.

Yeah well they start by saying I'm interesting then they glaze over as they listen to my "hedgehogs don't exist" theory! But yeah I do take it as a compliment.

Hmm I'm not too good at clever user names and stuff, you may have noticed. I'm a bit annoyed a didn't go with "annik panic" you know its catchier!

I kind of hate my high post count. Its hard for people to see I'm actually super shy! It makes me look a bit mouthy As I said I hung out in the games thread too much a while back. It is funny though the only other forum I was on it took me 4 years to only just make it 150 posts!

And here we might have the reason why you are lonely. Your low opinion of yourself, because i certainly don't see anything wrong with your personality and others have obviously echoed my sentiment, so it's not just me.

By the way, this place is addictive, just a warning.

I get the same notion as well. e.g. no one responding to my last post in the would you rather game (and that was a popular game!). I could agree about a thread depleting it's interest factor over a course of time though.

Your threads are often fun or meaningful, I believe. You could always resurrect a thread from the dead if it was something important to you :T

I always think it's fun to read your threads/posts, annik! I usually don't gets into threads that often - I just read them and usually have been sitting at the computer way to long once I'm about to start posting anything. But I haven't noticed anything weird with you or your threads/posts, that should make them die faster than others. I think it happens to the big majority of threads.

On the contrary, you come up with a lot of fun topics, and I think you're remarkably good at keeping up answering to new posts.

Yes there's probably a lot of truth to that. It's one of the main emotional factors for my loneliness I'd say. I have zero confidence and I completely think almost nothing of myself. Maybe I don't come across that way here, I think I'm hiding it well...

At times there is no one there. It seems to depend on the American time of day. If there is no one there, I just park... then once I come back, room is usually full.

Thanks! We are looking at Katie Jane Garside's legs at the moment (though I keep toying with the idea of posting a shot of mine but its seems weird )...and yes this is the font I'm going with this season (or sean as I just wrote!)

Hi, Annik...

You think YOU'RE a killer of threads? I can put a thread to death by just adding a couple of sentences. On some boards, they call me the "Threader Shredder" - I can freeze a thread to minus 50 C with just some words...it's always baffled and disappointed me.

So, let's hope that I've not just killed yours, here.
