Lonesome, I just had one myself- I had a good cry..just let it out man. Don't hold it in.
After I had a good cry I thought of all the happy times I've had with my grandpa. I imagined that he was here with me standing by my side. I imagine him looking down from heaven. He's still with me. He may not physically be here, but he'll always be here (taps forhead) and here (taps heart).
