I like this forum a lot, but to be honest, I'm a little hesitant to post articles or links to other sites for fear of being banned by Akismet. I understand that a mod can circumvent the ban, but it's got to be a pain in the ass for them. Especially dealing with me. I'm a 3 time loser myself.

About an hour ago I was in the process of creating a new thread. I clicked to finalize it, and I was banned. I understand being banned for posting certain links to sites that resemble a kind of spam, but to be banned for creating a thread? I'm not sure that I understand.
