Looking For A Book But With Non-English Title

I think it maybe a rare book, I came across it randomly last year and I can't find it. It's a children's book about a girl (Who is a naturist) and she travels a lot with her bear (real bear, not a teddy bear). She rides on his back. I think the name of the book starts with T or S and I think the title is the name of the girl, I can't remember.
