Wow...that looks like it was a pretty long hike. I bet it was exciting,right?

Absolutely NOT exciting! That's what I loved about it. Stopped at around 3.4 miles for a quick rest and tuna lunch and then finished out the rest of it. I'm only having to stop once for a rest now. The first time I did it I had to do 5 rest stops.

I think so, especially for a guy my size. But I'm hoping that the new lifestyle and hiking will fix the size issue. :)

Go for it. I feel SO much better, and my resting heart rate is now around 65 after I've been doing hiking regularly for a while now. My doctor was amazed.
