I only used to sing in the shower and in choir, funny you should mention singing. I have done it a lot since a divorce. I certainly don't like the sound of my own voice, I only sing along to songs I like so I guess it's a form of making myself company. Quite sad saying that out loud. I'm forty. Not twenty. Why did you bring up singing ?

Bit you don't really need psychic ability to see that one. It's quite common to be loved. Someone loves you very much, you have someone in your life that literally worships you I feel.

I thought I'd start a fun thread about the upside of being alone...

I'll start it off with my one thing I like about being alone....

No one to tell me to change the clocks at Daylight Savings Time! This year it just whizzed right by me and I only found out when I woke up Sunday morning and noticed my bedroom clock time was different from my cellphone time. OOPS!! Gave me a chuckle

I just got in my car today and realized the clock was an hour slow. Good idea for a thread by the way.

You don't have to pretend to like their cooking. I handled all of the cooking (for good reason) except for one year for our anniversary. She decided to expand her culinary resume by making me a nice dinner. She made a "sausage casserole" aka chopped up microwaved hotdog wieners, canned baked beans, and shredded cheese baked for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.

So hey that's a plus.
