I’m thankful for the good weather and optimism I have to get lots done around the yard today. Looking forward to the satisfied feeling I’ll have at the end of the day.
Thankful that I know how my emotions work and that I can control them. Even though I don't have everything I want, but I have at least everything I need. It's enough.
Chipotle. Because a double steak bowl for lunch + dinner is exactly what I need for a day where my brain does a lot of work the day before workouts resume. Plus I haven't eaten in 3 days so food definitely helps.
