I achieved my goal of being physically active for 365 days straight. Was it easy? No. Some days, too many days, I really struggled to motivate myself into doing something, plus suffered several injuries along the way, but guilt kept me going. I averaged 1.7hrs a day, I boxed, I rowed, I lifted weights, walked 1153kms, cycled 2942kms and burned over 234000 Calories. Plus I know I inspired some people to get active as well, which is a bonus.
Kudos as I couldn't even do that for that long. Takes hard work, dedication, and motivation to be able to commit to something every single day.

I appreciate you saying that Trop, but in reality it's not anything that anyone else couldn't really do.
Sure, most people could do it, but would they actually follow through with it? People, for the most part, are lazy. Those that aren't lazy are full of excuses. There's always something that will come up that will make most people not continue with it. So yeah, it's pretty incredible.

Is there a typo here? Don't you mean those who are lazy are full of excuses?
