It's the little kid that is actually the bully here. This kid is in some serious pain after the slam. Just listen to the thud on the cement as this sawed off little prick gets a taste of his own medicine. Sorry about the crappy picture.

I've seen this before. While I don't really agree (now) that bullying the bully solves the issue in total, I'm glad the other kid could stand up for himself. And I'm glad he had the sense to just get the kid away from him, and didn't do any additional damage.
