it used to but i enjoy talking to people online. Sometimes I need a break though. :)

Sometimes it does.

But usually it's because I'm doing crazy **** I shouldn't be doing when I'm hanging out with friends. :p

Not really.

Ofcourse, there are days when it gets a bit too much... but those are usually few and far between :)

Hmmmm...well....I can say maybe? lol. I am not totally sure. But I think I am more in line with Peter on this one. I can be around people for long periods of time and be perfectly fine but I do have those off days where I just need some silence.

Unless I'm really comfortable with them, it exhausts me to no end. I simply can't be around people for a long time without getting tired, bitchy, annoyed, etc.
But I'm not exactly a people person, so.

I'm an introvert, yes.

The rate of exhaustion for me depends on who the person/people is/are, how big the group is, how long I went without human interaction (aside from family) before I hang out with the person/people, where we are hanging out.

Going to the movies with 10 people would not exhaust me. Going to dinner with 10 people would.

Basically, the more effort I have to put into the interaction, the quicker I become exhausted.

hmm yes. But I usually hang out with my friends for over 5 years. I've not met many new people since the last 5 years. I can honestly say, I am comfortable being with them. Maybe socializing with new people would exhaust me to a great extent cos that requires a lot of energy and effort (being nice and all). ^^

[It's an old Liley's thread] :)

I can't imagine myself not working with or not being around people, but at the same time, it kills me. I'm the same as Callie I get extremely exhausted, unless I'm perfectly comfortable with someone.
