I just weighed myself, and I'm 5 pounds lighter. 5 pounds lost in a week exactly. I am now 215 pounds.
My ideal weight is 179 or lighter, that's within my BMI. If I start exercising, I actually see that happening. I've been drinking nothing but tea, ice water (with nothing in it), and coffee...black. And I feel the side effects of not having sugar, but I also feel more energy.
