So as a lot of you know, I'm interested in a women that is in a dinner group. We had some nice conversation this past week and I did notice (I think) a couple of things.

• When we were talking, she maintained eye contact constantly.
• Sometimes when I was looking at something or talking to someone else, I thought I caught her looking at me out of the corner of my eye.
• She was smiling a lot while we were talking

I don't know her well enough to know if this is her personality or if she was interested. Anyone (especially women) who want to give their input are welcome to chime in.

Well, she works as a radiation tech in the ER at nights (7p-7a) on the weekends, so lunch during the weeks could be a possibility.

If you're finding it difficult to say what you want to say why not write what you'd like to say? Find a card (nothing sappy and preferably no message inside) letting her know that she's been on your mind and that you'd like to have an opportunity to see her again. Express how you enjoy feeling what you feel when you're thinking about her. Write your contact info as well. You know where and when she works so I'd bet that you could take it there before her shift and find a way to have it passed along to her.

Doing so will likely make a pretty good impression and I'd be willing to bet she'd get a thrill out from unexpectedly getting something that personal at work.
