Sauerkraut
Red Onions
Muenster Cheese.
Toasted rye bread.
Not traditional, I know.
But very good nonetheless.
My trick is to melt the cheese over the onions & sauerkraut before you quickly heat up the meat. That way the meat doesn't dry out waiting for the cheese to melt.
Salmon Salad sandwich on Whole Grain Rye
- 1 can of Rubinstein's Red Salmon (I think it's the best canned salmon)
- chopped red onion
- chopped red bell peppers
- chopped parsley
- chopped kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons Mayo (I like the Goya mayo)
- Arnold's Jewish Rye - Whole Grain (It makes a nice sandwich...a nice sandwich...)
