My top three are in this order:

Earache
Toothache with Abscess
Pulled Hamstring

Back pain when I fell down 1/2 flight of stairs backwards, and I couldn't walk and after going into the hospital for tests, I had to go to inpatient and then outpatient rehab to help myself. I still have back problems today and go to a Pain Management Institute.
