I think I have... thirty more volumes to go. You can tell it's from the early 90's due to the gratuitous gore and "non-PC" language. The author does create an intriguing world, though, and I do enjoy most of the characters, so I do intend on continuing the story.
 
Another one by Anne Tyler that has me hooked straight away.

Edit - only 200 pages, but Tyler has done it again. Captivating story.

I enjoy the theme of paganism versus Christianity. This has been a surprisingly thoughtful book so far. And to think I initially wrote it off as some silly YA novel...
 
My entire town (and a neighboring town) lost power last night and I started to read the book of Genesis. It's pretty metal actually.

I might not read anymore books soon. Bye thread 😅
 
The Source is a fantastic read; Michener really captures history well. If you liked that, check out The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett.
