The chai tea at Starbucks is pretty tasty.

Hell yes it is. There's a mix you can buy from Fresh and Easy or Walmart to make your own at home that tastes just as good as the five buck-a-cup stuff.

Hot tea is ok, good for winter days, but I'm a coffee hound pretty much.

Your quite lucky! We get the same temperatures year-round. I just wish for some 60 degrees (15 and a half Celsius)! I would love it to have temperatures at least that low.
