A simple walk on the beach with my toes in the sand and sound of the waves or ocean.

Deep breathing exercises. Also muscel stretch and release exercise.
Take a deep breathe then hold it as I make a firm grip..etc..etc
Then blow up my breath as a sigh of releved as I relax my body.

I listen to Brain Sync lots...Ambience music but with ghost tones to help synchonize my brain.
Differnt ones...guide meditations.

Sometimes I just strum my guitar.

mmmmmm... Got out of bed, wrote and recorder this song in less than an hour.
The muse came...I was really peaceful that day or moment.
Its a peacful sereen feeling I felt at that moment...being in the moment. Thats why I names it Presence
It chills me out when I listen to it somtimes. Plus its my creations :)
