when our sun burns out pretty soon destroying the earth, either by sucking us in, burning us up or flinging us out.. when its time for us to leave, will you stay or go?

sometimes when i look into the sky into the spaces that appear empty, i wonder how many earth's have been there before, since ours will soon be gone too.

poof! a black empty spot in the sky, as if it had never existed before.

By the time the sun burns out, humans won't exist anymore. we'll probably would have evolved into a much more advanced/intelligent life form, if we haven't already killed each-other off that is.

i don't know, it could very well be that we will have to leave for something other than the sun (or maybe not). or maybe some will choose to before anything happens. and maybe some won't like Sean.

as for the sun, to me even if it lives its full lifespan and it takes billions of years before it dies, to me a billion years is not long at all.

and we are becoming intelligent enough to live elsewhere, and at a faster rate as well.

maybe others have allready heard of or seen this, but if not, just one of the things some are doing is research in this newly discovered rare crystal cave right now. they are sacrificing their lives there (i forgot but one of its dangers is the heat and its atmosphere, they only have so many minutes while in it or they will burn up etc...) doing research to prepare us for the very things we are talking about in this thread.

the immortality studies are interesting to some too, and it seems to be closer than you'd ever imagine.

i could be wrong.

i know there are alot of varying opinions on all of this, and i just don't know what will happen. or why any of this is happening. the only reason i'd want to be alive is because of the people i love. but the rest i don't know. but i would go. and i don't think its too soon to consider or prepare for at all.
