The page says that it's a system of 3 galaxies 400 million light years from earth. Pretty cool stuff!

It's fun to think about it, but your poll doesn't make any sense. The sun is a middle aged star and still has some 6 bil years left before it swells into a red giant and cooks our planet. It would be something if humans would exist that long, but you naturally root for your home team.

i say go simply because going in space is something that i would really like to do. i hope that commercial flights into space are available before i die. even if it is something as simple as just going up for like 3 minutes and then coming right back down. i will save for as long as i have to to be able to do that.

That would be extremely cool. Imagine a go-around trip in low earth orbit or a weekend gateway on some hotel on the moon. but it's not that far fetched. I remember about some independent companies that are already probbing comercial space travel, designing space jets and orbiting resort stations for good measure. probably available in 30 yrs or less. cool or what??
