That's the thing.  You can't "be a man and kick ***" in this society, because there are rules.  You won't get too far doing that.  Only certain types of men are allowed to do that, only in certain ways, and only to a certain extent.  So right there, they have the advantage, and they have the advantage again when you can't kick their *** legally. Your hands are tied.

On one hand, the rules are good, because we wouldn't get to enjoy modern things like cars and computers and video games and vacation if we were too busy having to "kick ***" and defend against others' attempts to kick our *** all the time.  Nothing would get built.  You'd have to sleep with one eye open.  Fun as we know it wouldn't exist, and there wouldnt' be much time to enrich your mind either.

Then again, if you're not one of the kinds of guys who is allowed to/able to kick ***, you have to claw your way up the ladder another way, if you even can.  But if you're a man and you can't kick *** and can't find an alternative way up the ladder, then you're going to be relegated to a very low quality life.

That's the problem.  It might not be all women, but definitely a lot of them, and especially most of the attractive women are drawn to men who kick ***, or who at least sell that image.  I couldn't be that guy, and besides I always thought being civilized was the higher road.  But that hasn't worked out too well.  I hoped that it would change after school was over, or with more thinking types of women, but that wasn't the case.

I'm not saying anything is impossible, but if you can't be one of the ***-kicker types, you will have to do a LOT more work, for a fraction of the chance - if you can even do the work at all.

I've stopped thinking like that when I've encountered school bullying. It was always "be the better man" or "take the high road, it takes more guts to not strike back". You know when the bullying stopped? Hint, it wasn't when I was walking the high road. It helps when you're aware of the consequences, but sometimes you just gotta grit your teeth and pay the price for taking a stand.
